Radio Relay Assembly

Client: Rajant Corporation, Malvern, PA

The client had developed a prototype assembly for a rack-mounted cabinet for a radio signal relay module. The design needed to be refined and documented for production. Triumph worked with the client to design a custom sheet metal enclosure that provided mounting points for all the electrical components. Triumph laid out the components to ease assembly and facilitate wiring and created all the design documentation (component, sub-assembly and top assembly) for prototype and production assembly.
