Custom Design & Mechanical Engineering of a Flexible Storage System Used in the Military and Commercial Industry

These custom designed & mechanical engineered flexible storage units were designed to optimize the interior space of existing shipping containers. Triumph Engineering Group Inc. worked with the client to design the frames, shelves containers and other components as well as design the tooling used for fabrication. We provided all manufacturing documentation and assisted in producing product manual content.

Each storage unit features a fixed space-frame and removable modules, with a choice of four different size modules depending on the container type. When compared with other competitive systems, this design provides better value and flexibility-in fact, these storage systems have been successfully deployed by military units in Iraq and Afghanistan. Offered in a variety of sizes the system can be configured for 9400 or 12000 pound capacity containers. Systems have also been configured for 20 foot shipping containers. The system components are made from carbon steel, stainless steel, and ultra-high molecular weight polyurethane to provide durability and reliability.
